SYH Enters Agreement to Sell Two Mineral Claims from Karin

Today, Skyharbour Resources (SYH.v SYHBF) announced that it has entered into an agreement with Cosa Resources Corp. to sell two mineral claims from its Karin Property in Saskatchewan, covering approximately 6,049 hectares for 250k shares of Cosa.

The Karin Property, initially totaling 25,165 hectares, is prospective for uranium mineralization and has a history of exploration from the late 1960s to the early 1980s.

The project area includes Wollaston Group metasedimentary gneisses and has potential for both unconformity-related and pegmatite-hosted uranium deposits.

If approved, the sale will leave Skyharbour with five adjacent claims, now constituting the 19,116-hectare Karin Project.
