Zinc & lead down 7,10% now

this must be the biggest decrease in a very long time. Where will this end.

Macro figures are now very very instable you could tell.

Where will it go now, no one knows.

Hello there wishbone ash from swedish stock talk chat .We saw a similar short China related worry just a few weeks ago and probably it will disappear just as quickly as last time since the USD will most likely fall back and China growth continue at their rapid pace.TAM is grossly undervalued at current metal prices.

Indexes, TSX and commodities are due for correction. Prices can not just go steady up without correction. I guess we will see Zinc bellow 1 US/lb next week. Usually correction is lasting 4 months. Now i will accumulate cash to get in cheaper next year.

The correction last winter-spring later was re-corrected until now, but there has been a few China-related short pullbacks during the movement up. My guess is that it is not the right season now for bigger corrections in base metals.Also fundamentals agree, since the last big correction  started some 9-10 moths ago the Chinese GNP must have grown around 5-7 %.  As my posted ...more
