Global Zinc Markets - Market Alert!

It appears the recent buy-out by Nyrstar of Breakwater has the Institutional players' on edge as they are now seeking "value-players" that may not be on - or are about to come onto - the proverbial radar. Investment dealer Pope & Co., in Toronto, issued their 'Idea of the Day' regarding Zinc Miners to Recover. The quest is on for a Zinc miner that constitutes a "pure-play" noting that for Breakwater only 51% of their reveune were leveraged off zinc, where the rest came from gold/silver/copper & lead.

Of the 21 Exploration and Development companies, Tamerlane was right there - profiled in the pack. However, of that group - I would have profiled them in the Top-5, given their leverage to zinc and lead and the fact that their Pine Point project in the NWT was once the most prolific zinc/lead producer in Canada. www.tamerlaneventures.com

In a nutshell - do your DD - review Sedar filings and review the company website.

Declaration: Long & looking for more.

I agree 101%. Will be a busy summer at Pine Point site this year. Have seen the site and talked to some people in Hay River recently. Pine Point will revive as it was in 60's, 70's & 80's. Just be patient and we will be rewarded.
