Only TWO scenarios:

1) Joint Venture (with loss of control)

2) Roll Back ( 5:1)

Either way, not looking good with a looming debt repayment that cannot be met.

Best case scenario is 1) whereby at least the (hopeful) new suitor will have the druthers to change the BOD!

I don't think so! After all the hard work the management put into this project I don't think a 10M will will be an issue. Some of you make the assumption that management is taking money and that's all they care about, maybe but don't forget that they put years of sweat and hardwork in this project. 10 M is a fraction of the treasure they're sitting on. It's totally logical ...more

That said I wouldn't totally discard that the management can pull it off and surprise all with financing news. This probability of course if poor Zinc get more appreciation. So far LME record high inventory is going down and we saw a little bit of appreciation. IMO zinc over 1.10$ could put pine point on the map big time!
