A deal is close? Why are the insiders not buying, not even worth .035?

Historical huge volume today. Somebody is buying and somebody wants out. There was never so high volume in the history on downtrend. If this has bottomed out there will be 100% or 200% rebound from ground. Looking to catch the bottom. Waiting still all panic sellers are out and away. Strange that insiders is also selling lately in this panic.

It's not good anytime an insider sells unless it's to cover a loss. I don't believe anything IR Jones says about talking to outsiders for financing. Financing was suppose to be in place long ago and construction started by now. According to analyst there is more zinc being consumed than is produced. If this is the case why is it taking so long to get financing? What ever happened to
