The history of the management team has shown their ability to raise capital. Now, is that a reflection in these times ? I believe the property assists them and the story of the commodity, hence, I'm an investor. It is suprising to hear of the delay's and am concerned about the recent activity, ie: 40% of share's are now owned by a realtor mogul and the other, a frugile equity investor.
