Trailbreaker Resources Acquires Eakin Creek Property in South-Central British Columbia; Down 11.8% in Early Frankfurt Trading
09:43 AM EDT, 03/30/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK.V) earlier on Wednesday said that it has bought the Eakin Creek property in south-central British Columbia.
The company's shares, which dropped 10.5% in Canada yesterday, remained unchanged on last look on Wednesday. The shares plunged 11.8% in early Frankfurt trading on Wednesday.
The property, which was bought by staking and the amalgamation of historical claims and showings, is 100 kilometers north of Kamloops. The terms of the deal include a cash payment of $13,475 upon signing of the agreement; and a transfer of 60,000 Trailbreaker common shares within 30 days of approval by the TSX.V.
Also, the company provided a corporate update on the upcoming exploration plans for their Atsutla Gold project in northwestern British Columbia.
The company said exploration in 2022 will include planning and determination of drill hole locations for a diamond drilling program. Drilling permits for the Atsutla Gold project remain outstanding, the company said.
