so yes your 100k shares is now 40k shares

and in the future will happen a PP at 1.5 cents!

Not 1.5 cents if there was really a consolidation of 1:2.5 so the price for Rights/Warrant will be $0.04  ($0.015x2.5= $0.0375)

sorry i meant in the future the pp is 1.5 cents pre-consolidation...yes you are right the real pp value is 0.0375....
