Still No Earnings Release/Call

It's March 7th and THNK still hasn't scheduled or informed investors as to when its earnings call will occur. I suspect year end accounting has taken a lot of time given all the acquisitions and moving pieces but this is getting quite late.

On another note intersting to see THNK share price rise on heavy volume and sink on low volume. Back down again near lows. If this company could generate more investor interest the stock could move up in a hurry. Of course until there is an earnings realease or material news from the company we could go in either direction. The recent press releases have been fine but nothing overly material to the fundamental story from what I've seen thus far.

Why are you expecting an Earnings call on March 7th?? The year end is December 31.  The auditor reports for a small company is allowed 120 days. Last year it was April 28th. Large comapnies are expected to be out in 90 - 100 days.

No but I was thinking they would announce when the earnings release is by mid month, or at least hope that they do. And agree that small cap companies have a different set of expectations BUT that doesn't mean they have to abide by the lowest standard. Part of the journey for a company to grow up is improving their information flow and responsiveness to investors. April 28th is simply really
