low of 23.5 cents
You might ask - what happened?
Somebody at CIBC had 17,500 shares to sell , sold 1500 @ 26.5, 4000 @26 cents and then 12,000 crossed at 23.5 cents . All at 12.19pm.
Two trades after.
In truth , all that happened was supply temporarily outweighed demand.

Possibleidiot01: Undboutedly you're correct. Nevertheless, demand is abysmally low and the recent announcements don't seem to have helped. I'm a little surprised this is still languishing below $0.30.

People refer to tax loss selling as being a seasonal event ; maybe it used to be but people sell all the time to offset winners. Having said this , possible tax loss selling may be keep the lid on the stock price. Good time to buy more?
