Healthcare Plus is Closing it Doors

I noticed today that there is no longer any reference to Healthcare Plus on THNK's website. I went to Healthcare Plus's website to see if they still describe themselves as a subsidary of THNK, and was suprirsied to find a message stating that Healthcare Plus medical clinic & pharmacy will be closing effecitve Feburary 15th, 2024. 

The acquisition of Healthcare Plus was completed by THNK in December 2020 concurrently with their RTO, and since that time there was a 2021 announcement that an additional clinic would be opened (at 600 The East Mall in Etobicoke...a clinic that no longer seems to exist). 

Has THNK mentioned somewhere that they are winding down the Healthcare Plus business? It seems like a good move (I never understood why there were in the business of owning a small primary care clinic), but I'm wondering if this should have been disclosed as a material change?

I clicked on the healthcareplus.ca website and all it mentions is the Parkdale location being closed but I haven't seen anywhere that the entire HealthCare Plus Group of Clinics business has been shut down. I suspect it is just the one clinic given what management said on the last conference call (see below). From the Q3 conference call "Additionally in the clinical services line of

That makes sense - thanks for the additional info, dt_core. I wonder if there are any other Healthcare Plus clinics? The website only refers to the Parkdale clinic, I can't find any others online.
