Read the NR and they said "aiming" for 2 weeks to complete. During this pandemic, there could be a delay, or they could be putting together results from testing and creating an actual NR with substance. And what happens when his soft bashing to get to his target price causes people to sell and it goes up, maybe past ATH? Then poor unsuspecting sellers who sold on fear take a loss on initial investment and gains. The argument can be made either way.
