EU-CE Approval????

not trying to bash here coz I'm still holding 100k and hoping for this to break out. I understand that this isnt listed on HC website because they havent started testing in Canada.. Therma said they received EU-CE approval and CE only conditional sale... Soooooo why isnt this listed on the EU-CE approved covid diagnosis devices?? Anyone have any ideas? The website would have been updated by now coz its been over a month now.

Just tried to look .. Didn't find anything.  But from my understanding, all the European Union countries would require EU-CE approval.. I assume they would have a common website for the EU like the one I posted before.. Please Let me know if you find something or post a link on here.

I do my DD and ask others to do the same.. If the company claims something, I ask to see the evidence and make my decision. If that means I go from buying to selling then so be it. That's just how stocks work. You know that too. Still a supporter of therma and acuvid.. But I have just been noticing too many red flags in my DD. At least I am not mindlessly bashing the stock without any facts or

I think this is a very legit question, When I try to ask same questions on Facebook investors page, they don't let me post it. I am really curious about this appraval issue. If this is a perfect test to detect the virus, why still could not get approval? They are only saying working on great things. But no exact answer. We are putting a lot of money. They must be transparent.

The Scientist, the system for approving and/or authorizing devices in the EU is disjointed and hard to follow at best. While there are specific expectations for this and the subsequent CE mark that would be part of the packaging of any device, including AcuVid, there is no complete, central location for identifying such devices. That's a fair point. That list has a few saliva tests so there's no reason Acuvid shouldn't be on the list if it meets all the criteria. My problem with the company has always been the communication with the investors. Regardless of how amazing the product it, failure to communicate will always disappoint the investors and hurt SP. Hopefully we'll find out in a few weeks what
