This is old news-- we've known about the CE mark status for some time now however we are all waiting on FDA approval. That said it might be that this is enough to drive sales in Europe, India, Brazil, Southeast Asia and possibly even Russia and China in the interim. Not a bad starting point wouldn't you say?

I know. My point is there is no IF approved in EU. Is something being done selling in Europe?. And have Therma commenced the FDA authorization process in any Asian country?

FDA is USA only.   People watch too many movies. Canada doesn't care about FDA approval.  Europe doesn't care about FDA approval. China/ Asia/ Africa/ S.America - they don't care about FDA approval.  In each country or economic union, separate approvals are required. The FDA only gives a sense of authority within the USA - however, it is a good bench mark.

Odd would you not say that we have CE mark yet not one verified sale in Europe...and dont even start with the 100k conditional sale that has all but disappeared from anywhere...CE mark is great, but hasnt resulted in anything yet...what we need is a positive FDA announcement followed by a documented sale of product annoucement...everything else is fluff...so we wait

yes, there were those 100K units that were conditionally sold, but we haven't heard any updates about that; nor any updates about the white label they were selling to generate revenue. Those pieces of news would be nice as well!
