I would think that the Halt would come before opening, and 30 min in news and another 15 min unhalt. Should be fun. Note, it might be FDA approval/buyout all in one!

Are you stupid NRV? IF it was approved -- the leak would be there already and the price would climb abd rob cant decide to come back vacation and then annouce he would have 24 or 48 hours to do it.. SO relaxxx
