I too am disappointed on delays, but am more inclined to blame FDA and feel it must be very frustrating for the company. I also believe we will hopefully get approval, but looking at the two last rapid tests that were recently approved, they are Roche and a German company, both large companies with large manufacturing capabilities,  I think because of the pressure to get these things to market, they got pushed thru before us. Being a small company is not an advantage in these times!! This of course is just my opinion and I don't know squat for sure as unlike others on this board, I have emailed Rob twice, once being this morning after I read another poster saying he got a reply, I did not get a reply today or the previous time. If I do get a reply in the future I will post the reply for everyone to see.

I sense the longs are quickly losing patience with the company. Missed promises, delays, some within the company's control, others not. When Biden is promising 500 million at home tests, having this company commit 2.5 million tests a month really doesn't seem too appealing for the FDA to push the approval through quickly even given the test is more user friendly than current swab tests

My "guess" is that the FDA will spread the risk around....THRM will not get all 500mil tests ordered, but logically a reasonable portion. Now we wait.....

The FDA doesn't determine how many tests a company is able to sell? Wow the level of education of the 'pumpers' here is astounding...FDA approves the product then it's up to Therma to find buyers

Lol...  FDA EUA is still much harder than those on this board can fathom.   If you look at Roche and Siemens COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test / Self Test, you would see both companies had received CE & EU approvals 10 months and 14 months ago.  Same test, that just received FDA EUA in December 2021...
