This is why the dilution happened by the private institution (most likely Haywood Securities). They only invested because they know---- FDA is guranteed. Who else would buy 20M shares unless they had a gurantee of FDA approval. Think about it

Feb 18th private placement closes, so I expect news Friday on that as well

I think the PP was done after tabulaton of clinical data, so my guess is news on tabulation and submission will be advised real soon
