Tricks of the trade
A good friend of mine gave me a call today and explained what sounds like is happening right now with Therma price shares...
As we all know since H.C Wainwright came in the picture, Therma shares plunged, we went from February 15, 2022 high of the day of $0.42 cents to todays low of $0.135
Remember H.C Wainwright was announced on February 16, 2022 but officially closed its $6 million cdn in private placement on February 18, 2022. My thoughts were that we weren't going to see the below $0.30 or $0.40 again, especially along with February 15, 2022 News Release that Acuvid study successfully exceeded US Food & Drug Administration's Emergency use Authorization Requirements.
So we all know this, so why did it drop? H.C Wainwright arent fools, who do you think is scooping and taking advantage of theses low prices? H.C Wainwright. Who could possibly cause this drop? H.C Wainwright? Once the stock recovers, or better yet once the application is submitted and approved, who's gonna laugh the most? H.C Wainwright!! Who isn't laughing? All the people that were scared off from their shares...
As I thought about it, it brought me comfort knowing that soon, the people that stood their ground, including myself will be rewarded. But I have to admit that I'm not happy with todays share price and I'm still afraid, I'm not gonna lie!!! - but if my friend is right, were gonna do extremely well.
My friend did mentioned that some people knew this was going to happen and they sold their shares before the drop so they could rebuy at lower prices.
I guess that's the trick of the trade...
Why AcuVid?: First of its kind, cheaper, a saliva test and not a obsolete PCR test, works on all existing COVID viruses, the most tested COVID kit, debt free company, with a list of great partnership, etc, etc...
IF ALLS WELL, $5.00 is a future and reasonable share price. But if we can get cracking we can possibly reach $20 a share in my opinion.

I wrote this back on March 15, 2022 Someone out there is being creedy and want more share at a huge discount. Dont sell, heck I bought more this week at $0.15, so that you!!
