Cool.  I would assume then it is a method to generate pre-orders, so that when the approval comes, they can start producing to paying customers.  And know how many units to tackle, rather than producing and hoping people buy it!

Just because a company puts up products for sale doesn't mean they have interest in selling products. Maybe they were trying to appear like they expect FDA when in reality they know better and trying to boost SP to sell off some shares.
