That's from March 2021. They changed focus and put it towards FDA approval due to the complexities of HC approval. However, in a joint agreement, FDA approval automatically qualifies for HC approval and vice/ versa.

Not to be a kill joy,  but a full FDA 510(k) would probably get Health Canada approval.  I'd do some  Due Diligence on an FDA EUA test securing HC approval, before assuming EUA and 510(k) get treated equally by HC.  Remember FDA EUA, though a lot of work and detail, is still  about 1/2 the process of securing an FDA Full 510(k) approval.   I'd look at other
