and the 8.5 cent level bid proves its really a nothing release that just is trying to divert from the actual relevant news this company needs desperatly

Agreed, the company seems to be all over the map, and honestly,  I find it amazing that they cannot provide a timely update on FDA and HC. Even if its to say they are still in active discussions with both agencies.  Obviously a timeline would be unrealistic, however an update regarding if further testing is required or additional data is still outstanding would be reassuring for the

Fia just gave away 55 million shares or approx 20 percent of the compamy as a down paymemt on an idea or product that will not be approved for maybe 5 years if ever.Really it fits right in with therma bright.At any rate I do not think you can consider this news release as not relevamt
