What is not worth $50 million? Market cap is a relative measure used to compare stocks. THRM as it stands now, and even up to $250 million, is not even considered a small cap but instead a micro cap company. Obviously it has value as measured by the market ...which is what is most important. Market cap also provides a number that allows the investor to make qualitative assessments of the company.

Commenting after the fact, like hindsight, is never wrong. I would add though ...as were those who recently bought at $.04, $.045 and $.05.
