For what it is worth, the insider buy came after the news about having to change auditors, and the buyer was the CFO. The last time THX traded at 27 cents CAN was July 12, a Friday, The operational update came out the following Monday and SP has trended down since. So, I'm guessing that the update had no surprise good news and some big investors have moved on. Or, it could be bad news coming.
