Trijet appoints Bal president, CEO, Shatzko resigns

BOARD OF DIRECTOR/OFFICER CHANGES
Trijet Mining Corp. has made the following board/officer changes: Paul Shatzko has tendered his resignation as president, chief executive officer and director. The company wishes him well and thanks him for his service. Jag Bal has been appointed the president, chief executive officer and director of the company, effective Dec. 14, 2012.
Mr. Bal is president of Infinity Alliance Corp., a private company that invests in growth companies and provides consulting services for investor relations, corporate finance, business development, and mergers and acquisitions for companies listed in Canada. Over the past 10 years, Mr. Bal has helped raise over $50-million for public companies in Canada and Asia. Mr. Bal was president and CEO of Infinity Alliance Ventures Corp., a capital pool company, which later acquired CBM Asia Development Corp., a coal bed methane company with assets in Indonesia, from November, 2006, to November, 2008. From December, 2006, to April, 2007, Mr. Bal was also president and director of Alma Resources, a resource company with assets in Mexico.
