Start with the CEO rock star wannabe and then one by one until the only two left are the Sentient directors that buried this deal with egregious dilution and faulty planning.

And nice try with the "Bait & Switch" "silver-for-zinc" two-step that is from an oh-so-90's Vancouver playbook.
