Note 5 in the financials - INVESTMENTS

" The loan participation agreement with Greypoint Capital Inc. and subsequent amendments provides for the Company's entitlement to 1,250,000 warrants of the Borrower, each warrant representing the right to purchase one common share of the Borrower at an exercise price of $0.10 per common share. The warrants expire July 16th, 2024." Brichem trades around $0.70 so current value is around $750,000 or $0.03 / share. This asset does not seem to show up on the balance sheet, anyone out there know why ?

So Titan does own the warrants. I had been unsure because I don't recall them ever being mentioned in earlier filings. I thought perhaps the company had given up entitlement to them at some point in the past by, say, taking some alternative form of debtholder bonus compensation. Titan's industry feelers should make them a pretty good judge of the optimal time to exercise the warrants and ...more
