Chief Product Officer?
I had no idea that Titan even had a Chief Product Officer.
And now this CPO has been granted 350,000 options. That's fine but you'd think they could at least tell us who the CPO is. Not only is this mystery person unnamed in the press release but there is not the slightest indication in any earlier filing (as far as I can tell) or SEDI that Titan has any other officers aside from the CEO and CFO.
I even went back to the most recent Management Information Circular. No indication of there being any other corporate officer than the CEO and CFO we see on the website.
As far as I know, if you appoint a new officer you're supposed to press release it.
Well, I suppose the board wouldn't have granted this mystery CPO 350,000 unless he or she was doing interesting product development things.
I guess you don't want to blab about this kind of thing too much. If the Russians were to find out about all this we'd all be in big trouble.

I was curious on this also this CPO and went to their website. I do see a job opening for Hardware Product Manager on their website, see the following link. https://ca.indeed.com/Titan-Logix-jobs?vjk=3ea200f16517f8e7 Maybe this job which look similar got reclassified as the CPO. Agree it's strange that the press release didn't mention the actual name.

His name is Doug Watt and he was previously with Zedi Canada from his linkedin profile. They must have big plans for new products to bring him in and give him the warrants. You can't find great talent without offering them a piece of the pie.

Agreed. Thanks for that. Most interesting. I see Mr. Watt was over three years in a senior role at Emerson. Very impressive.
