I like the idea of reddit and have to agree with a few posters here now isn't the time, someone posted we should wait until indisputable hard numbers are out at either 30 days, 60, or 90 days don't particularly want to wait for 180 seems too long. We all know currently it's still speculation to many but as confident as we are in going forward that (TLT) will hit it out of the ball park let's just wait for the numbers to back us up otherwise it won't have the necessary momentum

I continue to believe that results associated with patients 13 and 14 will be crucial to the life of this company. Although seemingly clinically insignificant (only 2 of a proposed 25-100 patients), If these patients received the optimal dosage/protocol from the beginning of treatment and their 6 month results indicate CR they will have established, in concert with Phase I patients 5 & 6, that

Actually it's more like the last 6 patients treated which we have to look out for that is patients 9-14.  Patients 9,10,11 and 12 got a second treatment which was optimized, and 13 &14 will end up having both 1st and second treatments optimized.  If we get 4 out of these particular 6 to be CR at 12 months then we can expect even higher CR rates going forward as all other patients

Did the company ever say why the 5 patients were withdrawn from the study. Does anyone know ?

From the July 30th news release regarding 4 patients - not sure about a 5th one: Of the 4 patients that were removed from Study II, the clinical protocol in effect at the time stated in the patient withdrawal criteria that "Patients found to have at Day 90 new T1 high-grade disease, with or without CIS" and "Patients found to have unchanged or worsening CIS at 3 months" will

Thanks Pandora. So it seems that the removed patients aren't calculated or included in the percentages of CR going forward then.

So with the wrong dosage, we have 44% CR? Some would say that with the correct dosage, we should move way, way, way better than that. Time to sell that kidney...

What a calamity for those 5 patients. They lost their opportunity to keep their bladders and be cancer free because of an "oversight" in the protocol.

In the end, all of our discussions about this company and its trials are about real people battling a real plague called cancer. Those 5 patients who were dismissed from Phase II could have been any of us or any of our family members or those we love. There is no room or time for “oversights” at this point. The results
