Bloomberg has an article reporting that Manitoba has signed an agreement with Providence Therapeutics.

Yep..for a vaccine...I think an agreement is with us for a treatment and prevention combo...and for much more then the covid strain..

I've just read the Bloomberg piece and have also gone directly to the website for Providence Therapeutics.  My conclusion, sorry to say, is this just CANNOT be any kind of a vaccine deal involving Theralase Therapeutics.  This from Providence Therapeutics is a messenger-RNA vaccine, like other COVID-19 vaccines out there, now, NOT a photodynamic compound (PDC) vaccine, as
