oh wel, we got a #14 on our list. Guess it's not so eaasy to myscle in on the biggies, the MD Andersons , Mayo, John Hopkins, etc when they are IMHO, guided and controlled by big pharma, so we will have to prove ourselves in the minor leagues so to speak until we cannot be ignored any more. At least these smaller clinics have less competition trials runing. Let's see the numbers over the

Could be a blessing as maybe there is not as big an influence from big pharma?  Get some good non manipulated data and the bigger folks may come on board for future studies?

There can be a lot of bureaucracy & other headwinds at major cancer centers.  Smaller but reputable urological centers are the frontlines/gatekeepers in medicine & have ready access to patients.  Additionally, the so-called major or tertiary/academic centers are heavily research-oriented & are often only utilized as "last resort" centers that outside urologists
