Proposed new procedure.

Good afternoon everyone. I check in from time to time to see if there is anything new and exciting happening in the world of Theralase. I see that this board is breaking up because of the action of a very few "posters" who just by accident or design cannot refrain from posting political viewpoints that we must endure . The thing is that we do not have to "endure" them , if we all just press the IGNORE button as I have done. It would be very unfortunate if this collection of intelligent and informed members let these few ignorant individuals ruin something that we have been part of for the last (in my case) six years or so. We are now entering the most important and exciting phase in TLT,s history and we should not let the few spoil it for the many. So I am now proposing that  from now going forward if any poster mentions any thing political he/she is automatically put on Ignore by the balance of the posters.If we stay diciplined in this regard the integrity of this board will will be preserved and the balance of the members will be able to carry on in a normal fashion.If we commit to this practice and let the disruptors wither on the vine they will go away. Every so often we can also communicate this to the new posters so that they know what is going on and hopefully will do the same. Remember, we have the power to control the trolls if we show some resolve. Comments???

  I have read this board for the same amount of time. The posters on here have been second to none. Benco was absolutely amazing and then he got sucked into the political garbage. We lost Hempdoc , and so so many more ,to lose what's left of the most fantastic group of posters that were here to help get rid of the deadliest disease to mankind shows who is winning the war . Thanks 012009, although I am not medically fluent my understanding has improved in the almost 2 years here. Since I can't contribute in the way those with greater medical understanding can I do try in other ways and am so thankful for those that pass their knowledge & understanding on to us!  My first impression was to join the group and exit from posting but as you and others have

For the life of me I can't understand why the contributors at this board would do anything short of hitting the ignore button on these types I've been doing it since I started noticing it and I haven't lost a moment of peace Don't go, yes you!.... You're needed and valued
