tamarindo, Dr Coombs has nothing to do with this. He is in charge of the bio lab at U of Mantoba. This announcement was a deal with the Canadian governments National Microbio Lab for virus research headed by Dr Kobasa. It followed up on Coombs work with 1433 on viruses at his lab.  While they are geographically very close to each other and closely follow each others work, they are separate ...more

I might add that the agreement with the Canadian government's National Microbio Lab has a great deal of potential and could result in something very substantial, especially with the new variants that are starting to show up because in all of Dr Coombs work and in the early work of Dr Kobasa 1433 showed remarklable virus killing abilities.
