Unfortunately you can't regulate motive. If they follow the rules, including using anonymous which is only anonymous to us, then they can do what they want. What they are really doing is breaking the spirit of the rules not the letter of the rules. What it does is it starts people thinking there is a leak, a negative leak, when there is really no evidence, Maybe some panic but it's best
