It struck me yesterday...

...that a scientific trial has predetermined parameters and that therefore, trial data from the Ph2 patients who did not receive proper treatment should be thrown out...
Shouldn't it? A treatment that was not performed properly can reasonably be expected to fail, so, why keep that data in the trial?

  Clearly, the old data isn't valid based on the current protocol in place. The important takeaway is that TLT has acknowledged this in their data reporting by differentiating  the data of those patients who received optimized vs non-optimized treatments...though I must admit, not always so clearly to the untrained eye ; ).  Having made note of this important distinction is
