Warrants for shorts

They need the warrants to cover their naked shorts. Don't sell warrant drive the price up for stock

tradeable (2024) warrants have such miniscule volume they are plainly insignificant at this point.  (in other words, those that own them  ;^)  obviously have no intention of selling them.)  me thinks the stock is where the action is (and will be) for some time to come. next week will be rather interesting, to say the least...

there are 57,499,000 warrants at an exercise price of 0.35 CAD that expire August, 2022. We are currently in the money now.

The $$$ from those Aug 2024 warrants will come in handy to run the company then, yet by then they will be up to their armpits in Phase 2 GBM, NSCLC, etc.. They'd better have good partners or SP. :-)

  Agree about 2024, but I'd hate to see TLT sell itself short.  May behoove the company to at least await an FDA approval for NMIBC don't you think.  I need to accumulate more while the price is right : ).

Hi Patiience - If Theralase no longer exists in 2022/2024 as you suggest we will not see full value of this remarkable, possibly historic anti-cancer therapy. Hopefully TLT (Roger) plays it right over the next few years. Let's hope they sign up numerous partnerships/licensing deals with several big pharmas making it difficult for a takeover. It's been said here many times that TLT is Roger

Well Mikee your reply to Patience is very reasonable but let us not forget that amongst the Longs are many in an age group who may not be too eager for a further extended stay and would be satisfied with a reasonably generous reward in a not too distant future.  I'm within that age group and have held on for approx 8 years which I suppose is average for Longs in this stock..

There are far too many large pharmaceutical companies in competition with each other, you know once one makes an offer the bidding war will ignite. It will be fierce, I'm sure Theralase is aware of this and could as suggested franchise out treatment through them so profits can still be maintained. Which direction this company takes one thing is assured is that the share price of this stock

Let's face it TLT will not be bought out while being a $0.36 stock. There will be some intermediate price it gets to before any offer is made and that's why I think we will see some bump before the next report. There are catalysts for that bump and with any further approval from the FDA a second and/or third Phase 1b trial will be announced. It is then that I think we are on the clock

Great post SB, I fully agree. To add, if an early offer does emerge, I think TLT has already set the stage, with it's latest data, for a bidding war. There are several BF players that will be impacted more that others if/when TLT receives BTD abd ultimately gets AA from the FDA. I hear you Langosta, I'm no spring chicken either and have held this stock for several years. I've ran through my head a few exit strategies that would have me cashing out my holdings as certain milestones are met, that would be my preference. On the other hand if big pharma comes around in 2022 with a $5 - $10 offer,  I may just smile and say thanks I'm out....you know the bird

Not for the cure for cancer. To say nothing of the importance of establishing a major Pharma-Tech company here in Canada. Hey gojo, I like your thinking however at the end of the day it won't be us retail investors that decide the fate of TLT. As we progress and results come in as expected, the elephants (pension funds, mutual funds, money managers, investment banks etc) that account for 80% - 85% of the volume of shares traded on the major NA stock exchanges will become the major factor on how things play out

Well,  I have no idea,  why you believe Theralase will not exist in 2024.  TLT is on the verge of getting BTD approval from FDA.   Once an application is made for  BTD, my understanding is that the whole process gets on priority and FDA will respond within 60 Days with a decision or atleast ask for more information from TLT on the clinical study data. While I agree with your thoughts that TLT has a great future and if they do this alone it would be the best for shareholders who want to stay with them all the way to building this empire around ACT PDT TLD1433 and all the other great compounds Sherri has been working on. I'm just not sure if Big Pharma will allow TLT to do all this while they watch their profits dwindling as TLT takes over
