As for insurance companies trying to get the price down, you need to remember that this is 2 doses. Not like what currently they are paying for that can take dozens of doses.  TLT can be more expesive per dose but not near as expensive for complete treatment.

Sure thing winr88,  all I did was a search for new yearly Bladder Cancer in North America. Several choices came up however the numbers were all relatively close.

I think the questions that need to be answered in order for investors to expect a solid market valuation of 1$B Cad are in place. Mainly, that is the new involvment of Li Ka Shing.
