Day traders trying to make a quick buck, once the squeeze starts they will need to cover and price going to shoot way up, very, very soon. I would not want to be a shorter with a company that has a cure for cancer, patient and long on this stock, well well  north of 500,000 shares,when the news breaks we go up fast and hard

actually, I don't believe there is much (if any, even) real shorting of stock on the usa side of the border. if anything, I see those numbers represent buyers of stock, which the brokers in the US do not have (nor keep) hardly any (if any) inventory of.  consequently, they mark the trade as a short sale... even though their automated system might turn right around and buy it back through

Agreed: shorts are at risk of a fairly quick TLT price increase in the short term given the likelihood of imminent positive test results. Technically, needs to break $0.38, next resistance at $0.48 and last resistance at $0.58. Once through $0.58, no telling how far TLT runs!

You would think it should more than double if the trial is good and good news, cause you would figure there should be a lot more buying,

Those old resistance points were at a time before PH2 had started, in charting one should pay more
