I would be surprised if it doesn't hit $0.50 by tomorrow's close. It's very thin on the sell side. If this has been manipulated by big players with an ear to the ground then they could be sending a signal here. It might be illegal to buy on inside information but I don't think that not selling based on that same information is illegal. Yesterday was a big tree shaking day and

Steve----if there is an presistent big increase in the stock price (big increase with no news---The SEC ---just might call a HALT----and require an explanation from TLT headquarters-----that could happen---not saying it will-----OR TLT could ask for one---JMO.

I think we can go higher without raising eyebrows on the last NR alone. I don't like halts without news, I did as a trader because I played both sides, because they usually snap back but a halt for BTD approval would be great. Otherwise let's just keep grinding higher until the update.

Still early in the month to have the newsletter published.   They will probably want to collect the most data they can, so when they publish them, the numbers are statistically even more significant. Latest newsletter was published Nov. 29.  So they have almost a 3 weeks window of opportunity to collect data.
