Roger buying …
One posted yesterday that Roger bought more shares.
2 signals that it sends us:
- data is promising
- pullback was not justified, had no ground
- other news are coming
Otherwise, why would he have spent his money on a losing cause.

agreed, however isn't it the rule he can't buy or sell 90 days before news? Also I can't imagine Sherri MacFarland doing a little conference tour talking about a treatment that doesn't work well

Until Feb. 2023, Roger can buy whenever he wants as he buys in the open market. He's currently a director, not in the management. So not under the same rules.

Maybe since data was already posted, its public knowledge. He must not know about BTD then because that was not made public at this time or if they used information from last newsletter where they mentioned BTD at end of year gave him leeway

The web site mentions "Director". A director cannot be an insider. For the rest, do your own dd. _____________ Legit62 - (4/7/2022 1:57:43 PM) RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Roger buying … I believe he is an insider, Why Feb 23 ? he goes by rules of insider

An insider is a director, senior officer, entity, or individual that owns more than 10% of a publicly traded company's voting shares.

Legit: Roger is non of those... He may run the company from behind the scenes, but he is technically head of business development or some meaningless title like that. Was removed from BOD and CEO after OSC Settlement. He only doesn't own 10% yet, but he will soon as he keeps giving himself a ton of shares and options... Highest paid, non senior officer I have ever seen...

That is just BS. A "Director" can be an insider if he owns more then 10% of the float.

Maybe because he has a gazillion shares paid by all of us shareholders and wants to protect his stash!

In my opinion, Roger should not be allowed to be associated with a public company based on his past indecretions. Only on the TSX do you see such a puppet show admittedly agreed to by the TLT employees. Sherri should be the one getting the credit.

Couldn't agree more. Enough said. Hope Roger becomes a billionaire with this. ;)
