Things must be going quite well these insiders just spent $225 k on warrants .

So, Rog and Krissy, the dynamic duo. Tell me, what other insiders have made significant purchases of late?  One would think that the much touted Dr Vera would have put a little sauce into the kitty, after all she has been here for over six months.

I honestly think you will not see any insider trades in open market due to insider trading rules, my feeling is , as DJDawg states, someone knows alot more than us and they cant buy due to insider trading rules, keep eye on this going foward, those 2 big trades were warrants by insiders which might be allowed, not sure on that

If I'm not mistaken, these warrants were from the pool that weres set to expire on the 14th. It was a use em or lose em situation.

I'm sure all the other insiders will be rewarded quite handsomely when this does take off. Roger was silenced when he got his wrists slapped so maybe he is putting his money where his mouth can't be. I think his continued buying speaks volumes, he has no reason to keep pouring money in if he wasn't very encouraged. I guess we'll find out more if he does get reinstated.

It's amazing how, generally speaking, investors are more enthusiastic about a company than it's own employees.  You would think us investors would take the hint but instead we dream on and keep investing.  GLTA.

It's because our technology seemed so simple, then lived to its expectations while the competitiors were so deceiving with their complex solution that did little in terms of improved efficacy and benefits to the patients.

  I wonder if any other outstanding May warrants were exercised? We know about R + K cuz they are insiders....

It would not be wise move to exercise warrants at .30 if you could purchase at .23 open market, unless you are an insider who is shut out by insider rules until news is released, which is most likely why roger and his wife exercised at .30, because they know what price will be once the news is released

I also believe insiders need to file forms with sec to purchase stock, done in advance, not so sure with warrants

As the warrants were previously awarded as an option when shares were purchased via previously conducted PP IMHO blackout would not apply.

To me, Rodger and Kristina’s willingness to invest another $225k in the company at this point signals not only that they feel confident about the company’s future, but also that they do not see another low ball placing coming. Otherwise, they surely would have kept their powder dry, I’d think. It gives me considerable peace of mind.

Great post.   Indeed, why would Roger and Kristina have both risked their own money if that was to go south!   At this point in time, 35% into a Ph. 2, they know what's coming (FDA Breakthrough designation, potential discussions with a jv partner, etc ...).  We just need more data.  And access to that data is worth approx. 500M$US as per the industry
