I think this is a very good sign as they must be planning something big to answer questions. They dumped their previous PR staff a while ago to save money.

Agreed Goosey, Investor relations and PR is an important role in a company on the verge of a major break through.  I would have still preferred a professional PR company that specialises in Health care industry.  The reason being the PR companies have this kind of experience, pooled talent of many people working within the  PR company + Available infrastructure within the PR company ...more
