Just a hunch, but they have enough $ to keep operating until BTD and Partnership with enough cash until Buy out. IMHO. Time will tell unless they do a small-medium raise?

"Money raise coming soon", is pure nonsense! How many times does management have to tell you they have enough funds toget them through the Ph 2 process before you will believe them? Plus recently they have gotten additional revenue from the exercise of warrants and now they are hiring additional high level people with appropriate salaries. That wouldn't imply a cash need. Ya we know theres no money raise coming as the company cashed up for Ph2 completion a long time ago. But the bottom feeders domt want newbie investors to know this and throw this nugget out usually right before the company releases positive news. Thats what most of us know.. .there are no guarantees on the Venture. Do your own DD folks. IMO
