US side of trading

Hi all,

Just curious about the relationship between the US and CAD side of trading. I saw that 170k single buy yesterday at 15:05/15:06 and then you see a ripple of buys on the CAD side. How do they relate. Does the US broker have to go to the CAD side to get the shares for the trade.

In simplistic terms, yes they do if the shares are not available on the US side. The same thing happened the last time we had a good spike on the SP. It was driven by the interest in the US market. BTW I just want to compliment the TLT Team for getting us to this point on so little funds. It has been a difficult past couple of years with COVID and all the challenges associated to that pandemic

If we get good clinical data in 2 weeks, this will allow us to have Accelerated Approval, which would allow us to get revenues from the remaining patients of our Ph. 2.  That would be another factor that an intereted big pharma would find attractive.  Such AA would also allow us to be a bit more independent while we negociate. It has never happened in the FDA history that a Breakthrough
