I think TLT will need money. I'm shocked they haven't found a JV relationship, unless they are not trying too hard.

Besides a PP, the other money coming in would be from warrants.

Given the evolving CR numbers I'm certain that they will get BTD. Having said that, I could see that they could wait to submit the BTD for when they feel that the numbers are best.

With BTD there would be no doubt of a price pop over 0.5. If so

(See bottom) from the MDA. My read is that:
Oct 3 - price pop over 0.5 brings in 1,582,504 dollars. That may not happen as that is pretty soon.
Jan 9 deadline - price pop of over 0.5 brings in 2,047,578
Price pop over 0.35 anytime till Aug 2024 - brings in 20,124,650

Does this read correctly to you all?

I think when they have the data they need to apply for BTD that will be a big News announcement. The other big one will follow that concerning AA Prior to either of those is possible Covid vaxx/treatment news. Which could lead to an immediate JV with PHAC. Including soe up front money $$$ Before year end IMO...

I think you are right Dawg. They have always maintained they had enough to complete Phase II and while Covid and slow enrollment didn't help they have never waivered from that and now I guess they figure they have enough treated and far along enough that it shouldn't be a problem.  That's why these results weren't BTD worthy yet but the trend is important and we should know

Guys, I agree JVs, warrants, etc are possible sources of future funds, however you left one out. GRANTS! TLT now has something they have never had before, well healed "partners" like Li Ka Shing.and the government. Both have called Theralase "partner" in these projects. Both frequently give out many grants, often huge. If TLT now developed a cash problem, I can't believe

Somethings not right, I have bought between 900,000-1MM shares in the last two days and the stock price is down, so shares are readily available. They are talking about revenues in Jan 2023, which would mean BTD or AA would be in 2022. My biggest concern is Dr. Vera leaving, she is the expert in trials and if she thought TLT had the next SOC for multiple cancer indications, leaving doesn't

I was expecting something a bit more positive and 99% of the NR's have been on tuesay. Can you think of a good reason Vera and/or any of the CEO's would leave a company if there is a good chance they could cure cancer?

Exactly chry. Go back and read his posts. In every post he somehow squeezes in a strong negative concept, somewhere, somehow. He is very smooth and good at it. I believe he is either an experienced short or a pro or paid basher.

On the inspiring side - solid science to start with (go Dr. McFarland!) - trials and data integrity supervised by Clinician investigators rather than company staff. - phase 1b results 2 patients that were 1 and done - that someone at TLT found a way to insert TLD-1433 into work at the

That's a strong list of positives Dawg, but one you didn't mention is,. "vertually no side effects", per Dr Sherri. This is something I don't believe TLT get's anywhere near the credit it should. I know there are oncologists that won't use the current standard and Ketruda because of the severe side effects it often puts their patients through. I believe this factor

Dog, you forgot that the current phase 2 data is marching along as planned, 180 days from now the 450 day column is going to look alot more like the recent 270 day column. The market is going to notice that sometime. Probably b4 the end of that 180 days.... ;-)
