If you believe in your DD, all this is only noise but of course it's not easy to see the SP down 20-40 % after every financials report! Even if results are improving report after report after report! Its all noise unless last statement concerning applying for BTD by Theralase was not the truth, if the Data prevails, we are all in good shape, if not we are up in smoke, as simple as that, so most of us are in until something big happens. Lets just get the PP out of the way. We had $1.4million at the end of June and our burn each quarter on cash on hand is $1.1 million. That will last until end of this month. So we need a small raise to get thru until Dec but should probably raise enough to get thru to March 2023.  From what I see that is the major reason for the SP decrease. Get it done and then watch the SP increase based

Just a thought, if we are looking at a small PP of under 5M its possible that insiders will take a portion of it and for the fact that the next set of numbers will rest any doubt of the standing TLT will take in Cancer treatments. This PP will be kin to buying a ounce of gold for $10 in my humble opinion.

There is still the possibility they get some JV for Covid and or NMIBC together.  I dont think that they need a large PP, yet it does make sense they get one large enough to make it to the last PPs warrants, So they'll need enough $$ for two years, IMO. Assuming they also want to get GPL finished, and get the money together for that tandem Phase 1 they recently mentioned... Well then

Yeah, If they were 'forced' to do a PP down here for some reason, what would it be priced at? .25c ? These prices are just too good given what is around the corner. Even for some small PP. I agree  a JV is likely and they are very likely to wait on Covid news and the next set of data before they go for another PP, if needed then....???

Agree robertshaw, this PP stuff just another short maneuver. Management has said several times they had enough cash to last through the Ph2 trial. If I felt I couldn't believe menagement, I would sell my stock. If you people feel you can't believe management, why don't you.

Wow, these guys are still promising cancer cure, they have been since the late 90s.  What year are we in now 2022.  I check in on this stock every once in a blue moon to see if they can actually pull it off, I want to be a believer but looks like absolutely nothing has changed.  Whats another 5, 10, 20 years like the pumpers here alway say.  Most of the posters have been here

CrazyTrader was caught cheating by his own trading firm (Mackie).  Caught playing on both side of the fence illegally, on 5 stocks.  One of them was Theralase. Sudden arrival of bashers like them are here because the word is spreading that we will succeed.  In the meantime, they play FUD to accumulate on the cheap.  Otherwise, why would they waste their time here if the stock
