I try to remember that the few people that know the most up to date clinical data are RW, AM and KH. They will always know the clinical status of patients as they come in whereas the rest of us wait on the every 3-4 m update. 

Those 3 all recently bought big via PP which tells me the clinical data continues to be good.

If you are asking if it is insider trading to buy shares in a company that you work in and believe in. I don't think it is always clear cut. Insiders have to report their purchases and there is usually a paper trail of when the decision to purchase was made. If it is right before a major event like an earnings call then that is a big flag that can get investigated. Otherwise I think they can

Thanks for sharing. I see lots of room for interpretation. In the past, our three main insiders have always stated their optimism that more and more patients will be CR for longer. The knowledge that a few more patients have become CR since the last newsletter is captured in their previous optimism. So I'm not sure if the trial continuing along and slowly adding to its CR rate is enough a

Ok DJDAWG everything I know and have searched on refers to insider trading laws & rules for buys or sells on shares only,  nowhere have I read or heard of laws or regulations pertaining to a financial raise regardless if private or public placement.

Agree. I feel like a PP is an interesting work around for an insider to access more shares without having to bid up the price to get. We shall see....
