Spec buying on pretty decent likelihood of BTD.  Saw one day volume after IBRX achieved BTD of 54M shares in one day.  That's when we know we are rocking. Our day is coming. IMO

Aren't we putting the BTD cart before the horse? I was under the impression we apply (officially) for BTD in December, then with the grace of God get said designation first quarter 2023.

Right. Patient 25 should reach 450 days sometime between Thursday, Nov. 24, 2022 and Saturday, Dec. 24 2022 depending on when in September 2021 he/she was first treated. According to the last MD&A:   "The Company will compile a clinical data report for submission to the FDA in support of the grant of a BTD approval after completion of the 450 day assessments for 25 patients

Stockbonds458 ... You have it right.  FGPStuck must have confused some by not being up to date. Application is once p#25 hsa reached 450-days (by mid-December) and that TLT has all the exams, Granting decision by the FDA is 60 days once they received the application.  So probably around early March, more or less. ImmunityBio has been granted simlilar Breakthrough designation on interim
