RDW speculation.

I've heard a few questions raised about RDW role. I'll start by saying I have no idea. However,  I have hopes.

Since he is not the CEO, the science guy or the CFO he has to have a certain amount of free time compared to company members with more complete roles. Business development role is pretty vague.

Most oncology IPO's that launch in the biotech space, before even human trials seem to have market caps in the rage of 100m and up. So without human data, these companies are valued quite highly based on the animal data and the ideas around how they will work and succeed. If TLT were a Boston biotech IPO, presenting the NSLC and GBM animal data to VC investors, I have no doubt that they woud be an easy 100m ipo and up.

Given, RDW has no real job, I'll really like to belive that he has been spending his time working on contacts and connections with larger companies whereby he shows them some of our data and gets a feel if they may be interested. Setting up the groundwork for who is a good jv partner or funding partner. I suspect that, as the founder of the company, his plan has been to keep it low and slow till he is back as CEO in mid Feb. Then he can be the CEO that announces BTD, JV funding, IND application for NSLC and GBM etc. I really can't see how they have stayed this small so long if they were actually trying to get JV relationships. It is almost a planned slow process to do the basics (slow and steady NMIBC trial) while waiting for mid Feb. It might even explain the wimpy PP that were just to raise a small amount to get through 6m. A bigger PP would have been destabilizing. If the price gets a bit of a jump from ANYTHING in terms of news, then the warrants should bring in cash to keep rolling.

Just my speculation on how RDW plays a role in the background.

Without COVID-19, our pivotal Ph. 2 trial would have already been completed almost 2y ago.  So hard to plan timing for Feb. 2023 as enrollment was anyway out of the control of TLT. You're probably just as correct as anyone here BudFoxx2020 all personal opinions. We do learn off each other and sure SF posts a bit more than others but you have to admit SF has come up with a lot of great information.

BudFoxx2020 is silencing the FDA application and the obligation for the FDA to respond.   You can see his agenda right there.  Unless it's his incompetency.  Or both! The guy is just playing FUD.  Providing no de, no perspectives, no nothing.  Only FUD.  We see this type of clown on every boards.

They have been submitting applications since the late 90s.  30 years later they are still submitting applications, hence the share price.  I believe they have submitted every application from A to Z possible.  Lol.  Alright that was my entertainment for today.  Good luck all.  I will check back in a month to see if anything has progressed or how nothing has progressed

SF, arguments & basher/pumper nonsense aside... what FDA application? We haven't been notified of anything yet, right? FDA can't respond until the company applies & the lack of updates isn't exactly comforting. Confirmation of submission would be great before EOY, but not looking good for that at this point due to the usual holiday vacations, etc. For personal expectation

fyi - I have searched high and low and can find no example of company announcing application for BTD. Yes for BLA, NDA, IND. But not for BDT. It seems they announce if they got it and that is it.

DJDawg, thanks for that! I'm kind of glad to hear that, so I guess we'll hear a yes at some point immediately upon designation. Or a no, at some point possibly not so quick. I couldn't find any info about applications for BTD being announced, but I'm much less versed at finding that sort of info compared to many of you. Thanks again.

If they don't get it, it will just disappear off the roadmap on the corp presentation. They are allowed to have a pre-meeting to talk to fda about whether the package looks good enough for BTD. The FDA person would likely say that they are good to go if x number of patients treated and x% are CR. If some future corp presentation update has the BTD disappear then you know that they were shot

Plantrader ... It's already been discussed.  Announcing application for BTD is not material.  So at the discretion of the company.  But the final decision of the FDA is material though. I recently documented different examples, from TLT and abroad. The only thing that is sure is that TLT has reached the milestone requested by the FDA to apply;  450-days of p#25.  And

Dude, EVERYONE expected a PP to come. It is nothing to be negative about since they build the compajy. If more comes, so be it, and who cares?? As long as the end game is our product coming to market
