I've gotta believe that TLT hasn't shown all of their cards to address the financing issue that's soon approaching. My math suggests they raised enough pp funds to get to the end of Q1 (Mar31/23). They must already know of a JV in the works or something to remain solvent past Q1. I'm optimistic that there is a game plan in the works, but something definitely has gotta give soon...GLTA all longs!!

  Yep...Big Pharma will flex its $ leverage regardless of partnership type, but would rather have them flex leverage in the form of a JV.  They would certainly otherwise be looking for a fire sale buyout price at this juncture.  It's going to be a tight race between two timelines:  BTD/sp increase & the need for cash...let's hope the former finishes first.

Would that mean we think Dr Mandel was sandbagging in the recent article? Since he said the company expects to get into talks with big biopharma in 2023/24? If they were already in advanced talks why would he make it sound like it hasn't started yet?  Maybe misdirection is common in a situation like this, I personally don't know. @Plantrader- Like you and a couple of others here, I'm sipping the Koolaid from a very small straw.  I really hope the optimistic views expressed here come true but I also keep noticing how the wording with each NR subtly adds in delays. N0ta, I know what you mean. It doesn't do us any good to set overly optimistic expectations in our minds at this point IMO. I'm telling myself not to expect to hear anything until at least April. Underpromise and overdeliver I think is more the case in terms of Dr Mandels' carefully chosen words. Likely that some preliminary talks have happened but won't be released as actual info until RDW is back as CEO.  We are 2mos out in my opinion from it all hitting the ground.  6 weeks maybe.  Depending on what the deal is we could be looking at a serious SP jump as those who

imo, putting roger back to the CEO position 5 years after his settlement is a business mistake. On most exchanges, he would be banned from being part of any public company. He is the one that admittedly committed fraud, and the ppl by his side are the current CEO and CFO.   I am in that underpromise & overdeliver camp.   With that in mind, my interpretation of Dr. Mandel's statement, "the company plans to apply for FDA breakthrough drug designation in the first quarter of 2023 on the basis of the Phase 2 clinical study data collected to date"     leads me to believe the deal/partnership timeline is probably more than 2

CancerSlayer I agree too that timeliness have a way of being longer...way longer.  Only consideration giving this hope of a faster turnaround for me is the delays with patient numbers may have given time for the homework to already be done.  I wonder if the decision to proceed with a JV is only waiting for the BTD approval.  Merck.  Roche.  Whoever has been watching this

Rump, I think your original comment about advanced talks is correct. Dr. Mandel plays it close to the vest but when he says partnering talks I think that's what he means as I'm sure they have had preliminary talks all along. With the critical data in or about to be in and BTD to follow it seems actual deals are to be discussed. I want to see where we go even with just BTD? That has to be
