I hope (maybe next week) to get a news release that reads something like this. We have applied for and have been granted BTD & have been given a clear path of what we need to do in order to achieve AA. We need to do blah blah blah & have already begun the process by doing blah . We expect to have completed the requirements & therefore be eligible for AA by ...........??????

Yep me too, too much koolaid. The answer to your question is 60 days. From the time they apply for AA. Assuming they are waiting to apply for AA until after BTD. They don't have to wait since they have FT.

Any signal that tells the market TLT 's work is being taken seriously by the regulatory establishments will do. Obviously this is not seen as being the case now.

  Or, could more clearly read:  We are happy to announce we have received blah & this milestone achievement has set a clear path to blah blah.  We are soon expecting a cooperative blah starting in...???  JMHO.  I think my Koolaid was spiked...
